I met a member today..
I met Lightning Mark at a petrol station in Wigan, his lovely Ignition Blue ZT took my eye and we introduced ourselves. It was very nice to meet him and his car is very nice. That 160 remap is the dogs for sure.....

Meeting other Members
I also met a member, JohnW, who lives a mile or so from me, yesterday. I have regularly passed his house for a number of years, and see his Y register burgundy saloon, on my way to and from Eccles.
Yesterday, however, was different. He was just alighting from his car as I was getting into mine, parked close by, so I managed to catch up with him. He is a '75 Man' through and through, but not a very large contributor to the Forum, but has owned his car for 8 years. We spent about 20 minutes introducing ourselves and discussing our love of our cars. During this time I had a call on my mobile from SWMBO who was waiting to be collected and was wondering why I was taking so long returning to her. Ah, the joys of motoring, especially with a Rover 75. |
