Absolutely spot-on Sean. One reason for this is that the impressive looking certificates they have displayed are for courses dealing only with the safe handling of refrigerant. They have little idea how the system works and no experience of conventional fault finding which your Mr. Carr clearly did. Well done for making the right decision.
