MPs expenses official secrets
Just seen this on the BBC website about the hawking of MPs expenses:
"It's probably breach of the Official Secrets Act," Sir Stuart said. "It may be a theft, but we will get to the bottom of it. In the public interest, by the way." So there expenses are covered by the Official Secrets Act. What a wonderful thing it is when you are judge and jury.... 'right lads here is a very nice perk - loadsa money and no tax but let's keep knowledge of it from those who elected us' I bet they all put a grand (which they claim on expenses) in to a pot and the person who grabs the most expenses gets the pot. In Parliament they refer to one another as 'honourable'. I refer to them as scheming theiving toerags. |

Don't fret. They are not covered by the OSA.
In fact they are actually in the public domain. All you have to do is request them.
