Wouldn't it be better if all players on the same team got on with each other yes? In a perfect world that would be the case.
Anyway, as for .org I had a great time on it, had little or no problems, however it's such a big forum with so many members ranging from 16 year old boys eyeing up their first ZR to old grumpy men with 75's wearing slippers and smoking pipes.............oh wait that;s here. Only kidding, but you can understand the diversity of membership. In my experience the MODs could be a bit over zealous also, I got points once for circumventing the swear filter, it was a really serious post too, and I had an impeccable record, a friendly warning would have been more fitting. So that kinda put me off. Pity, cos I had a lot of friends there. In my opinion this is more of a club with most people on the same wavelength, rather than their make of car being the only thing in common, that's why the forum is such a success.

I wouldn't worry too much about any perceived animosity between the two forums, it really isn't a big deal. There are plenty of members who use both.
You will find that this place is better specifically for ZT and 75 information simply because that is the focus of this site whereas .org is for all MG \ Rover owners. You will also find a number of people on here who don't own a 75 anymore but just can't leave. They usually end up buying another one sooner or later The more relevant point to this thread however is that you had to ask how to subscribe which is something I still maintain needs addressing. Nobody minds paying £3 per year but a lot of people either don't notice the subscribe button or presume it will be significantly more than that and don't bother clicking on it. A simple banner or button saying "Subscription only £3" would turn quite a few more of those blues into reds IMHO.

Hi Jim - I do intend to revamp the top of the page part of the forum, and it will include a clearer "subscribe" section. Its just that it is on a long list of "things to be done" which I will get around to time permitting

Christopher, I run a forum which only has about 30 active members. I have a list as long as my arm for thing to sort out for them as well. You've got thousands of us to deal with...
Good luck :-)
