I've been busy digging out more compost from the three year old pile & filling 30 ltr buckets ready to be mixed with some of last years compost. The price of compost has skyrocketed this year like everything else. I'll be buying a bag of fine seed sowing compost from Wilko's this week & that's it.

Had to have a stir of the six month old comfrey that's been steeping in a 30 gallon barrel & boy does that stink I remembered to use gloves this time as you cant wash that stench out of your skin anytime soon The tomatoes & peppers will love it.

I made a Spanish omelette for tea for my missus & daughter & it was gone in 60 seconds as soon as it was cooked I had some leftovers from yesterday, Pieces of different fish in a creamy sauce with a few roast spuds.

Still got a couple of balloons from Ging’s birthday lying on top of the sideboard. One of them just exploded, Pops and Maya scattered, Suzy is so laid back all she did was lift her head, look around bleary eyed “WTF was that . . . . woke me up

Evening all, had a few hours getting muddy in the fields today, then spent another few hours washing the mud off... roll on summer!

Ah shame!…….” Boys N their toys”

Good morning all,

Weather forecast here 27C partly sunny.

I must start preparing for the next operation in London in June/July to repair the aneurysm in the right knee with a graft using the Saphenous Vein from the right leg. The aneurysm is 2.2-2.8cm and at this size it can throw off clots/embolisms or block off the blood supply to below knee, hence the need for the repair.

First thing, is to book an outpatients appointment. The last op in September really took it out of me, but I am doing well.

Yesterday I tried on 2 suits I bought 10 years ago, a Seer Sucker suit for the tropics and a Dinner Jacket suit, amazingly they are still perfect fits. I have been asked to be an MC at a wedding in April, so I will be covered.

What is everyone up to?
