Likewise, it’s too soon to be cutting grass. My neighbour cut his at the weekend but I won’t be doing mine until mid March at the earliest. There is still the risk of frost and round parts of Northumberland where I work, there are still huge piles of drifted and cleared snow lying on the north facing ditches and verges.

We are having the March winds and April showers, a month or two earlier than normal.
Beautiful sunrise this morning, now it’s tipping it down and very windy.
