Morning folks
Tiz a damp start to the day here in not so sunny Dorset but I can see Portland across the bay today so maybe clearer weather to come.
Beef stew in the slow cooker at 8 am so should be just right with a few dumplings for dinner about 7 this evening, apparently there's some home baking on the cards today as well. Norfolk shortcakes mmmm!!
Stay safe one and all..

Hang on in there Richard

I have been in that dark place myself, there is a light and a doorway at the end of the dark tunnel but you will get through it and out of that door way back to normality.

Stay strong

Morning all,

Just seen this on our neighbour's front lawn - a green woodpecker I believe.

Overcast and dry and due to get better .

Take care.

Morning, not a great night. Had bother getting to sleep then my other half decided to message me from her work about 4am! That woke me up and initiated going to the loo, I managed to kick the end of the bed but only with the little toe! Heard a distinct crack Don't think I've broken it but bleedin' sore and hobbling around today.

Been raining all night here, still peeing down. Very cold as well.

We have a woodpecker visits the bird feeders and stuffs itself with sunflower seeds. Quite comical, why get a migraine head butting a tree when there's free food available!

I've diluted it down 10 to 1 into 24 empty 2litre milk containers half for one greenhouse & half for the other. Tomato plants love it

Good morning Ian

If you smear some mentholated gel Vicks on your upper lip, nostrils it helps to lessen the smell. A trick I learned from having to attend post mortems.

How are you?

Yesterday was hot at 35C, today it’s 28C, no complaints except we are still waiting for the vaccinations to start.
