Just look at the dB ratings on any tyres you buy. If it bothers you. Crikey there's more difference between (the noise created when driving on) different road surfaces than tyres in a similar price bracket.

At different speeds (presumably different brands of tyres).

AND he's measuring dBFs which doesn't mean anything without knowing the max volume (SPL) the equipment is calibrated to measure.

There’s quite a debate going on at moment lol.. the tests aren’t even comparable and your quite correct they are meaningless.
