There's a cheese up here called Firey Dragon It's like a mixture of Red Leicester and Wensleydale (I mean it crumbles like Wdale but melts like RL) but it's full of Jalapeno's and red chillis. Now that I think would be nice with Streaky bacon wrapped around it
