Nice colour I wonder if it's the 75 or ZT BRG?

I did a check on our system at work.. (I work for an insurance company)

Any modified car tends to give an insurer an excuse to up the premium. In the case of this one it added £200 a year if I were to insure it..

Very discrete that wiper install.

I'm not sure why anyone would do this. The 75 looks better than a ZT so I could understand the reverse. Making a ZT look like a 75 if you wanted harder handling at speed but this makes no sense to me.

Anyhow it's a cheap car for someone. Perfect as a track day car to thrash around in. I hope the cambelts have been done.

The 75 and the ZT are Horses for course's but why would you buy one then turn it into the other ? To me looking at that it's a ZT so why would you want the confusion of explaining it to the insurance or even the police if stopped

It's certainly a strange one. I for one would be very suspect of something like this perhaps it's spending hours watching wreck's to Riches much to my Good Lady's annoyance.

It's a case of ZT styling and 75 comfort........I do find my 190 suspension a tad hard on most roads....

At first I thought the advertiser had just been lazy and modified an old ad but of course there were no T reg ZTs. Would irk me having the MG badge on the front and the Rover one on the steering wheel. A T reg would have had the black sills - this appears not to have them.
