Maybe not with minis as there isn´t so much weight. My SMV mentioned had 9 inch wheels and I had 2 blow outs with new tyres and innertubes. Guy in the trade said that the smaller the wheel the lesser the rubber on the road and less air in the tyre. On long journeys the small wheels can heat up because the rubber of the tyre is nearly always on the road/friction. This heats the air inside, that expands and ..... bang
.. and yes I´ve always had proper high speed tyres and inner tubes. |

Yeah I suppose it has more to do with axle load rather than weight...

I'll have to get a pic of my Dads up. It's an 08 Ace Jubilee Courier 6 berth. Alloy wheels, Air con, BBQ point, Sky TV, iPod compat sound system and full awning. The best way to spend a holiday, promised Just one of the many reasons why I want a ZT-T, so I can tow it!
Oh yeah, and if you go fully serivced, you don't excrete in a bucket! Windrush will know exactly what I'm on about, what with the Indiana. About the only thing ours doesn't have is a motor mover. The only time we would like one is when pivoting it on or drive, you push up the slope and turn. It's the only reason why we can't have a twin axle van, as it won't pivot about the centre like ours does. I'll take some pics soon. To get an idea, it's 24 feet long and white

To 8511swann
Your car will safely pull up to 1600Kgs and pull it well according to my matching guide, I doubt your van is more than 1400Kgs loaded. Hope this helps.
