Default Teenagers! (warning Grumpy Old Man thread)

... I am of course specifically talking about my own.

In my house things would go a lot smoother if only my son would routinely do the following:

1) Close the bread up after use.
2) Put towel's back in the bathroom
3) Rinse the bath after use
4) Dont put toast crumbs back in the marg
5) Dont put banana skins/yoghurt pots in bedroom bins
6) Put lids back on jars and sauces
7) Put clothes in wash baskets

Its not too much to ask is it? Am I the only one or I am just full of OCD ?

Remove privaliges until the message sinks in.

When my son comes down I sometimes inspect jars of jam etc as I have found butter etc in them in the past & I make him stand there & sort it.

I know what problems can occur with teenagers..I used to be one.

My worst pet hate would be drinking out of the neck of Pop bottles or Juice Cartons.

That's what I do, don't want to waste any.

Infact everyone I know does that.

What do you do?
