Does anyone know the command to end a call with the CK3200 Parrot. I've tried all the keywords that I've recorded and none make any difference.
I can obviously press the red button but being as I can just say "Phone" as I'm driving down the road then say the person's name after the beep, in order to make contact, I should think that there must be an end command as well to make the unit truly Handsfree.

You could try saying "Phone"... may be same as 3100....

On my 3100 the commands are....
telephone, hang up, address, work, mobile, general, other and
preferred.
Telephone: Hangs up a call or actuate voice recognition.
Hang up: Terminates the communication.

I have changed "Hang up" to "End Call" .... "Telephone" should cause the same action during a call.

Thanks! I'll try "Hang Up", and all of the others if that doesn't work. "Phone" always activates mine but it doesn't have any effect when a call is in progress.

I found out today that there is actually a problem with my Parrot software. There's no provision in my Keyword index for the "Hang Up" phrase.
Parrot said that it's faulty and though I can try flashing the memory, I may have to send the unit back to them. Bad News! That'll mean stripping the dash out again to disconnect the wires.

Unlucky dave, but least you now know why it would not function correctly.
Is there no way to remove without such drastic measures?

If anyone would like to play with a boom type mike on their handsfree system Poundland are selling them at their usual price of £1.

Have not tested on my Parrot system but tried it on my Laptop and is first class for a pound !

Pictures below, some mounting mods would be required

I flashed my Parrot today, but it hasn't made any difference. The support people said that there's a problem with the firmware and I've got to remove the whole kit and send it back to them.
As it means stripping the dash out again to unplug the wires I thought I might just put up with it but the other voice commands don't work as well with this latest version of the software, so now I'll have to send it back.

It never Rains but Pours!
Bad luck Dave, this seems to be happening a bit to often ,to, too many people of late. Flashing & updating software often causes more problems than it cures, Updating firmware on DVD Recorders & Bios Flashing on Computers...............
