Hi Pim,

Great to also post on that forum. I already posted it on the MG-R.NL forum, and some members will join for a visit.

They love the idea.

You should receive a PM from me later today..

I have been in contact with the event organisers and we will pay 5 euros per vehicle irrespective of number of passengers.
I thought the easiest way to prebook the tickets is for me to pay for them all and then just divide the total by 22.. Please note that there will be some bank charges made for an overseas transaction to be added.
I have also had some (good quality) car window flags produced so that each vehicle can display both a Union Jack and a Netherlands flag at the show and also a UK to Netherlands trip internal window sticker which of course will only be available to those taking part in the trip.
Cost of the flags x 2 and window sticker is £12 per car and I hope that this is OK for everyone.
Folk can pay me for the show tickets and flags/sticker when we meet up over the weekend.
