Default Tracking

Can anyone tell me if it's possible to have the tracking on our cars done on just the front wheels?. My rear tyres wear evenly across the entire tread and last ages, the fronts however are a different story. Now onto tyre set 2 for those, wear on the outside edge of both tyres unbeleivable. My own fault as it was an "I'll get to it" job.
I know they're 4 wheel alligned but is it possible for say, kwik-buck to do the tracking on a normal machine?.

Rightly or wrongly, I had mine done on just the front. When I bought my car the steering wheel was off centre so I went to the local tyre place (not Kwik Fit), he said the front tracking was off and adjusted it. The result was a straight steering wheel and hopefully no probs from having just the front done. Tyre wear seems OK although I've only done about 4k since.

Not recommended really if you have any sort of Problems.
If backs are out at all or wearing incorrectly,
things could get worse.
If at all possible have a 4 Wheel laser Tracking setup and check.
If rears are out at all, altering front will make matters worse.

Don't forget to fill up with fuel before you go in. MG-Rover explicitly specifies a FULL tank of fuel is necessary when aligning the wheels to maintain perfect geometry.
