Because the video tag is in CAPS, it doesn't work embedded. The forum changes the CAPS to lowercase, then the link doesn't work.

It's a pity the BMW scanner can't enable coolant temperature to display on the IPK in place of average speed which is of no practical use.

There you go Rich, video is embedded in post #1 now, you just need to take the capitals part of the url string and encase them with the BB code (YOUTUBE] [/YOUTUBE) - obviously using [ square brackets all the way unlike my description for demo purposes here

Ah that explains it. I thought you'd simply found it on the Tube.
If there's any detail lacking in the write-up I'll expand it if it's something specific. The button press timing is the most critical bit and the half second interval seems the most practical. Once a second is too slow and it won't work.
