Hi All, I've just been
I'm touch with the organizers and I have been emailed the entry forms, I'll do the same as last year, I'll get everyone's details nearer the date, it's looks like this years show is gonna be bigger than last year .
If anyone would like a form emailed, please pm me, I'm happy to do all the forms for everyone.
Thanks
Paul

Hi Paul, just had an e.mail with a booking form.
The e.mail says, "If booking as a club could I ask that one of you fills out the form so we have a point of contact once forms processed"
I take it from that they would prefer all cars from the club on one form?

Dave

Hi Dave, I've spoken to Tara, the organiser and I am doing the same ad last year, booking all as one, I'm keeping her informed of numbers etc.
Cheers

It was a great show last year. We need to sort ourselves out properly this year. I'd prefer it if we made the show more for ourselves than the public. All cars facing each other if that makes sense.

In a circle with a barbecue and bar in the middle?

We could dig a big BBQ pit in the middle pitch lots of tents round it with the cars behind each tent. The way the day went last year I'd happily have camped out for the night it was fantastic.
