Default Flat to Rent

Hello everyone,
I have never been in London before and we are thinking to rent this flat.
Can someone give me some information about this location?
What about the price?

Thanks a lot.

Whinchmore hill is a very nice area of north London, main shopping would be either Enfield town or Wood Green. Don't think you will have any problems there and the price is what you would pay in a peaceful district of north London

That's London prices I'm afraid, if he wanted to move nearer the centre Then his rent would be nearer 2,000 pounds a month or a lot more. I'm a Londoner born and bread in Stepney and I don't know how these peaple afford it.

Thanks for letting me know. We rented the house today.
Now it's time to set-up a new company in London.
The company where i work have an idea as to buy a store or a hotel etc. in London so i need to do a lot of research about this city.
Every single time i get back from London, i'm thinking to bring some parts for my 75 Because sometimes i can't find them in here
