Default Vinyl care, any ideas???

As our cars age they see to suffer from the synthetic leather......... ok ok vinyl, cracking and splitting on the seats, mainly on the ZT's. Has anyone found anything to put on the vinyl that effectively keeps it from cracking???
I have recently got hold of replacement seats that are in really good shape and I would very much like to keep them that way if I can.

There's plenty of different products out there for this purpose. Easiest to acquire are the Autoglym readily available at Halfords etc.

I use leather cleaner and leather balm on the leather seats and Vinyl and Rubber care on the vinyl. Both are good.
