It's proper cold outside with a biting wind and snow just starting to fall.
It's certainly cold enough to stick should the snow start falling heavily !

Good morning all! Due to lack of sleep- and less than 12 hours between shifts-I'm not working today... Looking at the Severe Weather Reports, this is probably no bad thing...
