Do you sell bass blockers Jeff, and would you recommend any particular ones on the stock HK setup if at all, or is your preferred option well configured crossovers?

I see the hk tweeter has its own 'passive' protection with a capacitor on the back, but at the moment the door speakers are receiving full range without bass blockers, and I know many have complained about that with hk setups. Bass blockers are the best route in this case right? Or should I look to putting in a proper crossover if I can find one cheap? If it gets too much the obvious answer becomes a set of hertz dsk's as they have a crossover built in, but i'm thinking about the rear doors and how they will behave too

I've got passive crossovers here if you want to experiment as well as bass blocking capacitors .
All the component speakers we sell come with passive crossovers as standard .

I cant say how well they will function with the HK speakers as I haven't tried them , others may have an answer
