Had the same staff answer as the rest, re "busy time" and refund in 5 days blah blah. I replied telling them that i expect them to fulfill the agreement when they took my money for an item that they still are trying to sell. Also that if the items dont exist, then they should stop trying to sell them!! (even used some capital letters to show displeasure) grrrrrr !!

WooHoo! My set from MrWan2015 on ebay arrived today.

Some clips I see can be used on the 75/ZT and the TF, so not bad for a quid. lol

Thumbs up

After zapals assurance to refund came to zilch Paypal finally stepped up to the mark today and repaid me the £1.97, which I now conclude that zapals tried to defraud me and no doubt others of. While zapals came good on my heat-shrink order from it I won't be using this outfit again as I tend to think that it is likely playing a game of averages to make money on what it doesn't send rather than on what it does send. Sad as most sellers are genuine and I've only come across this behaviour once before and that was on ebay and with another Chinese seller too as it happened.

Just to give you some reinsurance Willy, I've just gone into my Zapals account and counted my previous orders, 11 orders placed and only one failed to arrive.

I believe Zapals were selling stock they didn't have, waiting restock from supplier. I myself received a reply to my ticket which said 'item out of stock, please wait for shipment'.

If you look on the Zapals website now and goto to the freebies page by selecting 'Freebies' along top banner bar, you will see the 'clips' are being promoted at second position on the first page. Its more than likely they now have stock, so if anyone places an order now, you just may well get an order dispatch email within a few days.

Worth other try for £1.97.

E-mailed Zapals 3 times to advise them of non-delivery.
Heard nothing.
I have now contacted them via Paypal as a dispute.
We shall see what happens.

Checked my emails today to find one from zapals, something about a credit memo for £1.97 re the trim clip order that I never received. It in effect refers to an order which no longer exists in my zapals account and which ceased to do so after it mysteriously disappeared/was wiped from view some time ago now. After all was done and dusted via Paypal it seems a bit bizarre that zapals has suddenly found the ability to communicate about this, more so given that there is still no trace of the order ever existing in my zapals account. I haven't a clue what the so-called credit memo means in practice but having just had another google about this outfit alarm bells are still ringing loud about it. Some Trustpilot reviews here: Click

Apparently, my order has not been processed because January, February and March are their peak, busy times. They aren't going to process my order but they are going to find the time to refund me within 5 business days.
Isn't that good of them?
Hmmmmm. We shall wait and see.
I've been totally ignored until PayPal got involved.

Thanks Wes. Ordered those and they arrived yesterday.

As described - did have to wait three weeks or so for delivery, but as they are for stock that was no problem.
