Default Fault codes ?

Have had the amber check engine thing on the screen off and on for a while. Now I've got the OBD2 Torque screen working it turns out I have the following faults
Currant fault in Red PO155 Powertrain O2 Sensor Heater circuit (Bank 2 Sensor 1)

Pending faults in yellow PO172 System too rich (Bank 1) and PO175 System too rich (Bank 2)

Any ideas what I need to do to sort these faults ? Don't know if the System too rich faults are anything to do with the car having LPG conversion ?

looks like you have a lambda sensor fail, there are two or three of these on the KV6 (year dependent) you will find one screwed into the exhaust manifold on each bank and the third (if applicable )after the cat iirc.

Cheers Dave. If it is a faulty sensor which bank of the V6 is classed as Bank 2 ?
Would it be the one nearest the windscreen ?
