Hi,

Are we talking cars or house?

For house I use Pro Kleen in a Bissell carpet cleaner: https://www.prokleen.co.uk/carpet-cl...rce=navsubmenu

For the car try diluted Britemax Grimeout - effective and smells quite decent (and is good on really mucky paintwork):

Drop me a PM and maybe we can get together in the New Year.

Andy.

I use Vax carpet cleaner on the upholstery & carpets in our cars, works a treat.

I just happen to know a carpet cleaner who would offer mates rates, but you are about 200 miles away.

Many years ago I worked for a Chem-Dry agent, quickly found out that plain warm water will remove most dirt with a bit of work. Only using spot cleaner where there was a stain that the water couldnt shift.
For really dirty carpets and upholstery in the car a vacumn upholstery machine like Trikey mentions will do the trick again spot cleaning where required.

Most stuff these days is removable. unless its red hot tea or coffee, which stains on impact and is almost impossible to remove

Mainly on the raised edges of the carpet where you put your foot to get in,just cant seem to shift the dirt😕
