Scottish Transport minister, no car insurance.
Hi.
Yet again a politician flouts the rules. Driving without insurance, to cap it all he is the SNP Transport minister http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-scotlan...itics-38234763 Totally disgraceful, should be fired on the spot. The big picture to me if he can't be bothered to check and it's a simple task then he cant be capable of the job he is in.
