2002 160+ 2.5 v6

So that time has come, I've just renewed my subscription so that after 2 and half years I'm moving my 2002 Solar Red 2.5 V6 160+ ZT on. The car has 85000 miles on the clock I bought it with 48,212 in December 2008. I'm selling it because after 30 months I need a more economical way to do my daily commute from Leeds to Manchester and back 26mpg on 110 mile round trip has become too much of an expensive habit to maintain.

It has had replaced or fixed

Clutch
Thermostat
Fuel tank leak (twice)
Disc’s once, front pads once, rear pads twice (due to sticking piston)

I’ve bought or been given

a spare key
new rear lamp cluster(greeners)
& had the 75 front spring cups fitted.
Spare wheel (stocktake)
Tool Kit

It had one service at 60k at Clemo in Cleckheaton (main dealer) and then the 75k at the mechanic I've used for the past 12 years in Scholes Leeds.

In the “They all do that don’t they” Category, I’ve needed to

adjust the bonnet down to stop the warning light coming on
refix the underseat airbag sensor numerous times
replaced several rear number plate lamps
Remove a broken locking wheel stud

Yet to attend to,

the paint is peeling from the sill strip along the bottom of the door
the lacquer is peeling on the bumpers

I see plenty have looked but no one tempted, MOT currently runs to August 2011.

Finally the important bit, price. It's going on ebay tonight at £1250.

Depends how quick you need to get rid, on ebay cars like yours would be going for about £1200. Where else is it advertised?

It's on ebay and autotrader too. I've changed the price to £1250 thanks for the feedback I've had.
