"05" 75 Con 2.0 CDTi saloon,Water in drivers footwell **SORTED**
Hi got my "05" 75 2.0 CDTi 135+ last month. It had to go back to the dealer to have the thermostat replaced. When I picked it up this morning from the dealers, the car was parked on a very steep uphill slope and when I got home I noticed the Drivers footwell and rear drivers pax footwell were full of water, I actually sucked out about 1/2 of a Vax machine.
I done the plenum check and sure enough the one under the shield was blocked which I cleared and quite a lot of water came out, could this have been the cause of ingress of water into the drivers footwell? there had been torrential rain the last two days. regards, bigtaff P.s. The Passenger side front and rear footwells were dry. P.p.s Is there a plenum hole on the drivers side as well? Have also posted this in the plenum sticky as well (sorry)
