i had a V6 galant, it was great and pretty indestructible but its engine was nothing compared to a busso. my 3.7 had a full stainless exaust made by a british guy in a shed so the sound was pretty much virgin angels NAUGHTY WORD-NAUGHTY WORD-NAUGHTY WORD-NAUGHTY WORD-NAUGHTY WORD-NAUGHTY WORD-NAUGHTY WORD- in your ears or however that saying goes.
sadly the wife started to disagree after 10 years or so so i had to be like sensible and stuff....
so i bought a transit...

but back on topic:
i ripped out the balance valve system totday and followed the youtube video some british bloke made on how to service them and it did work. the engine got a LOT smoother in the low end. actually suprised at the difference it made. fun fact: after clearing and lubing the whole thing the motor tried to zero itself but it spun so fast it did not push the switches long enough so it kept on spinning until i put my finger on it to load it down.
next week or so i will take out the other motor and check that but after 160k miles i think the valve system is pretty much gone anyway.

first thing next is the lcd screen. its basically unreadable so that is going to be a next project.

just to be sure: will the car run without with the dash missing or will it end up in a ball of fire in a ditch if i do that?
