Sunday is still on as we have a few members still interested
Llansteffan Beach sounds good especialy with this nice weather we are having never been there myself and I also like to visit old castles .

Dragrad- Pendine sands is on my to do list as well as St Fagans near Cardiff
I know its a bit of a trek from west Wales but well worth a visit.

Roy- Sorry to hear Rosebud is poorly send her my best wishes.

If anyone else knows of good places to visit why not post them on here we could set up dates to go and start to fill in the Calendar for rest of this year going into next. Lets get our Rovers out and about at various venues and have regular meets.

Thumbs up We all going on a........

Dragrad's suggestions are brill - defo interested in those venues - never been to either - perhaps you best start a thread now for October!!

To this Sunday - come what may Di and me will be in Cross Hands at 10am on Sunday and we're going to Llansteffan for a day out and it will be interesting to see who turns up as well - hopefully a good convoy!!

If there's enough and we decide to go somewhere's else that we can - but we're going to have a R75 day out!!

Thumbs up A Nice Day!

It appears to be the done thing that just after an enjoyable and successful meet that there are one or two glowing reports that swiftly follow so rather that break the trend here's my little one......

What a day - a really good day!
Good fine weather and some very nice company too!
Plenty of car talk and car news...

Shame there weren't a few more Peeps but we waited until 11am and then strolled off for a coffee at a local store and the set off for a swift, none-too-long, yet enjoyable drive to Llansteffan Beach.

Parked on the grass, visited the castle, chippy for lunch, walk all along the flat sandy beach with the ladies barefoot jumping in and out of rock pools and the men - well - talking cars of course!

Afternoon tea on picnic bench and car rug and.....where had the day gone?!!

Bit tired now but a really nice day!

All vowed to do the same again soon - so easy, simple and enjoyable.
Maybe Laugharne and/or Pendine next and then - who knows - Tenby?

The girls had fun too!
