Plenum chamber - water!
Hi Guys,
After all the rain just been reading the Tech sheet on keeping the drainage clear under the bonnet. I have found the drain tube at the n/s of the car but similar a place at the o/s just had a plug. If I look down further water seems to be sitting under the brake servo? Is this normal? My car is number 259 , is this classed as a 'later model' according to the tech sheet and should have plugs at both sides? Cheers Peter PS - how do I change my email 'handle' please??

Hi Peter. The water you say is there shouldn't be. Take a look at bottom two PDF files on right hand side on: http://www.the75andztclub.co.uk/index.php?thepage=howto
The V8 is slightly different to the rest of range and someone with experience on these will be along shortly, as I also think the ECU isn't locasted in the Plenum Chamber? Can someone advise Peter Please. |
