NUK Star Spokes
I can not believe how fast 14 days have passed since i first fitted the refurbished star spokes to the NUK.
They yet have to be washed which i will proceed to do tomorrow or Monday, glad i did not do it today as it is now raining cats & dogs, maybe more dogs earlier today after i took the NUK for its weekend 10 miles run before checking the fluids etc i took a photo with the wheels not having been cleaned for the two weeks they have been on. 1 I am still in two minds about the wheel centres so next week i will run them with the black centres. 2 i also need to decide what i am going to do with the two spare star spokes i have, both are in need of refurbishment. 3 4

I think the rover emblem is the best for the centre of the wheel. Breaks the black up.

My 11 spokes need doing but not at the prices they charge down where I am in Devon. I could get 2 sets of x5 wheels redone cheaper in Birmingham and save myself £150, than to have one set done down here.

I recently bought a nice set of Contours with decent tyres on for less than half the cost of getting my old Contours refurbed

Plus if you have to scrap your alloy wheels you would be hard pushed to get £6 a wheel.
