Default My first POL today

Went today as it was only down the road compared to some. I got there and parked up and had a gander around. Saw young Pab but didn't interrupt his teachings and met up with Mark Doodles for the first time. He kindly took me around to the people he has met before and I got to meet Marinabrian at last lol. Such lovely cars were there and we had a good scoot around the whole site. Im not one for spending the whole day but it was a pleasure to see so many cars I recall from pictures on here and Im not happy as I saw that many Ignition blue cars its no longer a rare colour lol.
Saw Mr Reebs but again didn't pop over but the colours I have been drooling over in the monogram thread were there to see in the flesh! Thanks again to Mark Doodles and maybe I will say hello next time to a few folk.
A day that was well worth it and that Caledonian blue is now top of my list lol!

Just popped in the pub for a scoop.

It was also my first POL today and it has been a fantastic day, my brother in law and I have had a brilliant time.

We cannot wait for the National Meet tomorrow which is also my first National meet.

Thumbs up

Will be my first national as well, looking forward to it. Was at PoL in my MGB all the cars looked terrific, never seen so many 75 and ZTs in one place before.

And my thanks go out to Nev the Bear for organising the meet and convoy from J12 and to Arctic for the upgraded compensator and drain sockets.
