Hi Jeff.

Getting there slowly not a lot left to do, we have a New flat roof, new covered veranda, Block paved drive with a fold over garage for Derek’s Black Pearl, fish pond in situ, with fountain and fish happily swimming around.

We didn’t think anything could be so idyllic compared where we used to live such a slower pace of life.
