Default Sorted a problem, caused another!

My reversing lights and parking aid were not working. I checked the fuse and it was missing. I replaced it and now they both work, in fact the reversing sensor works even when there is nothing behind it!!!

How do I fix it and are the little fuses readily available?

Thanks, John.

John

an 04 car will have "mini blade" fuses which are available from any good motor factors.

Sounds like the fuse was removed due to a sensor problem.

Most likely cause is a faulty / water in a sensor(s) or corrosion in the loom behind the bumper.....

Nice to see you back too....

Bubbling of paint on the sensor, or even just dirt can cause false readings.
