I'm pretty sure Facom tools and snap-on have a range of these, and possibly Britool.

I did see some curved spanners in B&Q in Northampton last time I was there but can't find them on the website to confirm that they have an open end. I'll keep an eye open for some.
If you get desperate, a long shaft 14mm combination and a blacksmith?

I've bought several unusual tools from the US. It seems a bit drastic but the quality has always been good.

Checked the ones in B&Q, they are half moon ratchet spanners and at £43 for a set of four you'd really want to make sure that you're going to get some use out of them.
