Hammer thru screwdrivers?
I bought myself a set yesterday! Never used them before in over 50 years of spannering/mechanicing. Am I becoming a brute or is there more rust about?
Maybe I'm just getting weaker!

Had some for years now and they do come in handy with damage screws or torx https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/290388951071

Often more useful than a manual impact driver, which can sometimes be difficult to get the "pre-twist" required when at arms length, or when the screw is into something "not so solid"!

Yes,
Excellent screwdrivers, I too have had a set for years, very handy to reform worn cross heads, and can be used as an impact driver if used carefully. .

My spannering is now limited to anything that can be done without having to get underneath a car (SWMBO tells me !) so I no longer have my Rover. My Sportage (which is very agricultural underneath) seems to have lots of cross-head fixings, so they will definitely come in handy. Cheers folks. Have a good'un!
