Exclamation Urgent!

1. 1 o'clock! The day will be over by the time we get there!!

2. Where had we planned to park? - anyone know of a good spot to accommodate all our motors?

3. On a more serious note a friend has pointed out that Tenby, coincidentally, will be packed on 14th with possible restricted access though the second information link suggests access ok - Peeps may want to read and discuss....

Oops!

Yes, that particular weekend WILL be difficult almost anywhere in the south Pembrokeshire area on that day...It's a pain for us who live around here, with so many roads closed...
The main route A477 to Pembroke Dock is not affected, so maybe there could be a possible meet at the 'Sunday market'/ 'car boot sale' at the old Carew airfield.... Should be plenty of space there...However, it's not the same as being in Tenby, itself.
Hope that information is helpful.

We will be away for a few days from tomorrow, (Tues) until we return on Friday.
I'd like to be with you all on the Sunday, if we can escape from Pembroke, with so many roads closed!
Regards, Malc.

Right do we cancel till next weekend or do we go elsewhere that is the question and sorry meeting time should be 10 setting off 10.30.
We could head up Brecon or over to Cardigan which is a nice run Dragrad could do a tour open to all suggestions

Hi Jim, Sorry to say but I will not be able to attend this one.... the car is likely to be in bits after yet another trip to the scrappy on Saturday and fitting some bits on the Sunday, as well as working on Jumper75's car, which after 6 months is nearly back on the road....

Maybe a better chance the following weekend

Default Tenby Run.

Hi Folks, because of the probable closure of roads/ difficulty in

parking / stress etc. Rosubud and I have decided to give it a miss.

Must admit we were both looking forward to it (Rosebud rarely goes

out these days ) she also had a commitment to one of the members.

(that will now be put on the back burner). Such is life.

As you know, ever the same.

Roy & rosebud. (Old Man and frail Old Lady).

Take good care of each other.

Thumbs up

We're still up for a day out with like minded Peeps too!

Clearly Tenby is out for this week so the choice is delay until next weekend or as some have arranged time off as it were have an alternative venue as has begun to be suggested.

We did the Brecon Mountain Centre a couple of years back and thought that was brilliant so up for that.....

Carew car boot is another good choice and we like it but sellers get there at 6am with punters getting in at 7 or 8 I think but it's all well and done in the morning and by the time we'd all get there it'd be pretty well be over...good thinking tho....

As we have planned to meet up at Cross hands already we'd like to suggest a closer run to Llansteffan Beach.......

Estuary, acres of easy sand, Cafe, Chippy wagon, Castle and loads of space for our li'l line up in free car park or grass parking with loos!

We still want to do the Tenby run but maybe sometime later in the year.....

What d'yall say?

OK we're running out of time for some places to go this month, but what about this for a destination in the future...

http://www.carmarthenshire.gov.uk/en...umofspeed.aspx

or even this, a private storage area turned into a museum. The cars are owned by individuals so the displays change all the time, as and when the owners retrieve their cars and then put them back into storage...

http://www.pembsmotormuseum.co.uk/

Maybe next year so as to allow time to expore the venues and their facilities. I'd be up to following this through with Jim's assistance
