Have you tried swapping the sensors round?
Just because they click doesn't mean they are sending a signal back on the 3rd pin

Tried that, no difference. Still no outer sensors, and none at all unless I disconnect / re-connect the white connector at the ECU. Think I may give up until I can source another ECU.

OK, I managed to source another ECU but I'm still getting the same problem. I think I may give up now

Hi Richard,

I haven't yet had chance to look into the feasibility buying components in smaller quantities to be able to hold stock longer term, but fortunately I do have enough components left over from the last group buy to be able to make two or three more looms at the group buy price.

If you would like one I can make you one at the group buy price?

I'll give you a shout for payment when the loom is built. I'll try and get it assembled this weekend.

Hi,

Would you have enough parts to make a second one?

I need to replace one sensor so makes sense to sort the loom at whist the bumper is off 😀

Cheers,

Mark S.

humphshumphs & Data,

I can make looms for both of you. Can you both please PM me with the following details:
  • Do you require a saloon or tourer loom
  • The last 6 digits of your VIN so I can make sure I have and fit the right loom to body connector.
I will try and get the looms built this weekend and shipped early next week. I'll PM you both for payment once the looms are built.

For anyone else that wants a loom, I'm now out of stock of components to make any further looms once these two are sent. I will take a look at the pricing for making smaller quantities to see if it is feasible going forwards and I will create a new thread to advertise them if the pricing is sensible.
