I'll be down for the weekend, Looking forward to it. A block booking of a hotel would be a good idea

It would be a good idea but to be honest I don't think it would be possible for two reasons. Hotels will be a bit busier with it being Bank holiday and at the last Beaulieu meet we had over 220 people! Given those two reasons one hotel would be almost impossible, it will probably end up hotels being used between the New Forest and Southampton

Cheers

Ken

Although I'd love to attend both days I cannot at the moment confirm that I can get Saturday's off from work Therefore provisionally I'll have to say Sunday only for me (which ought to be guaranteed) and Saturday I'll have to play by ear.

Don't forget there are plenty of hotels etc just outside Southampton, there is a premier inn at Ower, just off the M27, about 15-20 mins from Beaulieu, also a few B&B's and a couple of Hotels in Romsey. I am one of the lucky ones only living 20 minutes or so from the potential venue, so hope to make it.
