I'm pretty sure there were some Models made with 2.4 Fiat turbo diesels made for engineering purposes.

There have been stories on here of a few development models which included a 2.5 fiat diesel that escaped the factory thanks to PWC. Most without the full bits needed to survive the cold weather

I did not think a single a R75 made it onto the US market..... ? Some were sent over for photo-shoots etc.
Could be wrong....

the full story is that we went out with my son last night, who has got a 2.5 v6 connie with all the toys, and he was telling me about a workmate who had a "2.5 diesel rover 75 that had been in his garage for a few years, and that he wanted to get a jag, and offered the rover in part ex. he was told that "it is worth nothing to us,you may as well scrap it or see if you can sell it privately". i was wondering about the scrappage scheme that is supposed to be going on. i will give him a phone later today and find out more about it. would not mind having a look at it myself.

As Stated there was a 2.4 Fiat engined car with hardly any miles on it. It has been for sale twice on eBay and looked rather nice.. Love to see what a T4 made of it.
