Question, Air Con to Climate Control

Can anyone help, is it possible to take out the Air Con unit with the 3 dials and replace with a climate control unit.

Was looking at this car a thought it would be a good spec with climate, and i also think it suits the 75 better than the Air Con unit

So, you want to replace the dials with the multi-button unit? Right? If so then I think it's a no-goer

I would suspect there are other bits to change and swap about before everything would work as you wanted it to. You might get some functionalility out of it, however but no one to my knowledge has retro fitted the climate control system into a standard air-con fitted car.
