Boat AA/RAC service

Yesterday evening after the football we put Lady Emma to use.

The Landlady of the Stokesby Ferry Inn Pub wanted her poorly boat moved to Acle Marina. This will be her boats new home and also will be getting some much needed attention whilst up on the hard there.

The boat has been whacked so many times by novice helms, the Landlady decided it's cheaper in the long run to pay Marina mooring fees

So, my friend Ian and I set about rafting the boat up alongside Lady Emma and towing her back to Acle.

It is only a short run from Acle to Stokesby so not worth lifting her out on the slip to drive the boat round on the road.
