I think it refers to cutting a section out if the air intake housing.
May have been flavour of the month at one point, but now discouraged, if I'm not mistaken. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

That reminds me....as I've recently discovered, previous owner did a "half-way house" mod by drilling some holes in the air intake, as well as some other butchery in that general area. (Not the full blown air intake mod mind you).
Need to get meself a new air intake Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

If a Project Drive car then the Dual horn conversion.
If CDT then Viton O rings Polish headlights Raise slam panel and crash bar to reduce panel gap under bonnet

- O rings as they are highly likely to fail
- check your fans are working (good resistor mod) - polish head lights or swap lights for xenons, projectors etc

Heres what I intend to do
Twin Horns "O" rings Gold resistor re-fix loose temperature sensor Fix club badge to grill Cover sharp edges where loom rests Cover the sir-con pipe where it rubs the power steering pipe. Hopefully that's the lot - headlamps (projectors) are still crystal clear and bumper gap does not worry me at the moment. |
