No, it's not - but should I bother stating the blindingly obvious? 7 metre jump leads with no battery at the defunct engine end? They'd have to be as thick as your arm (about 11cm diameter): all the starting current has to travel those cables without significant voltage drop. - Then what you gonna do if it starts? Can't remove the jump leads - that'd be sure way to damage the car electronics (or if lucky blow some fuses).
