Yeah, good point if one is in a vehicle within a 20 mph zone. At the moment I think vehicle drivers must give a 1.5m (I didn't know we had fully gone to metric) gap to cyclist when overtaking. As the cyclist will be going above 20mph they will probably ignore any minimum gap requirement.
