News and rent increase
I thought I heard on the news but cant find it on the internet that about 50% of renters had experienced a rent increase in 2019 suspected to be due to landlords not charging fees.
I thought landlords had only charged a fee at the beginning of the rental period? This has now been outlawed. If my understanding is correct, how can the news be correct? Rent may increase year by year as part of the contract Tenants move to a different property where rent is more macafee2 |
