Unhappy Mr - ZT Manual CDTi Help Needed in South Wales

Hi guys can anyone help my mg zt cdti 2004 will not go into gear when engine running making it impossible to drive does anyone know a mechanic in South Wales that knows how to fix this i think it might be the end of the road for my cherished mg zt.:

I can't recommend anyone locally for you, however from what you describe it is likely that you will require a new clutch fitting.

This is something that can be carried out by a competent independent garage, and you should budget for circa £500 including parts to have the job carried out.

there is a chap on here that does mobile clutch repairs from up north- was it andy, guys?


also MN Motors in brislington, bristol. Not sure if mark will pick it up from s wales though??
