It was very satisfying smashing the grille with a hammer, I felt like carrying on tbh, it had me slightly annoyed as I couldn't start the planned job until I got the stuck bonnet open.

I did an oil and filter change today, such an easy job normally, not this time tho, sump plug must have been done up with an impact wrench, and guy the gorilla did the oil filter housing up, 😡 why oh why.
