Default Mg zt cdti auto,, won't start ?

Hi guys went to start my car today,, haven't ran it for a week or so,,
and its turning over but not firing
tried my spare key just in case the key has done a wobble,, but still no joy,?
on the dash where the gear sel,, is shown,, its coming up [EP] When turning over ? is this relevant to my problem
has anybody got any idea's,, ?

Have you checked the plenum?

yes cleaned it out last year, and the car has been under cover since..

Lift ecu and check for mice.

The ECM isn't communicating with the EATCU on the CANBUS, either the ECM is defective (likely) or the wiring is defective (unlikely)

I can test the ECM no problem at all if you want to rule it out of your faultfinding
