Default Shift Selector Cable

Hi guys,

I've been wanting to change my shift selector cable for my Rover 75 (year 2000) V6 Petrol Manual LHD and someone suggested this cable from RimmerBros https://rimmerbros.com/Item--i-ULS100140.

Thing is, I now want to change the other one as well as it shows some signs of aging and since everything is already opened better to be on the safe side.

Do I order the same cable or are they different (longer/shorter)?

Thank you very much.

Seems that they are different. See items 1 and 2:-

Hey roverbarmy, thanks for the quick reply.

Exactly why the confusion. Because my Gear Shift selector looks like this one https://rimmerbros.com/Item--i-GRID999751 but evidently this cable from here (https://rimmerbros.com/Item--i-GRID999752) fits. Donno what's with the "External to 4D307060" and "External from 4D307061". Also the prices.. £42.00 vs 114/130

Best regards,
Sergiu

look at item 8, this may be a thin wire clip, keep this of your new cable comes with it as they are no longer available and can snap.
They keep the cable secure in a bracket.
